$600 a month, includes utilities and internet. One large bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom, 1 and 3/4 bath home.
This bedroom is furnished with a double bed, night stand and dresser. There is a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom door. Sheets (2 sets), comforter, and pillows are provided. Towels are provided (3 per person) in the bathroom as well as a plunger and a toilet brush (in each bathroom).
The house is furnished. There is a formal living room w/fireplace. A formal dining room, a breakfast nook, and a den. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils. A washer and a dryer is provided in an outside laundry room. A mop, broom w/dust pan, and vacuum cleaner is provided. An All-in-One wireless printer will also be provided for the home.
All of the above is present for your use. However, should something break (broom, vacuum cleaner, printer, microwave, etc.) You and your roommate will be responsible for replacing it. I will replace Large Appliances (refrigerator, washer/dryer) should any of those stop working.
Lawn care and maintenance of the pond will be provided. However, sweeping of the carport, patio, and porch will be your responsibility.
$600 a month includes utilities and internet BUT should the services be abused the extra charges will be paid for by you and your roommate. Required to sign a 6-month lease, available March 1st.
