Omg! Where do I start, fox run is the worse..I moved here two weeks ago and this is the worse mistake I've made, they promise to give me a clean apartment and what I got is a FLEAS infested apartment instead, I got a newborn and a toddler and constantly getting bit by them when I went to the office to report it the manager and the staff told me I bought them in, they refuse to give me another apartment..this is a nightmare the exterminator came and sprayed after 4 days of suffering by the fleas right after that I got bit and the bathroom....don't believe anything these people said all the care about is money unfortunately I have to run back to New York with my kids because I find it very unsafe to live here only after 2 weeks moving in.....DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!
Worst place to live. All they care about is money instead of safety of the residents. Within the one year we lived there, someone got stabbed and another person was killed during broad day about ten minutes after the school bus dropped the kids off. These incidents happened on our street and there were crimes on other streets of the other buildings. If you are not home, you will either hear about incidents like these from the news or your neighbors. Management always want to say, "we posted the announcement on the facebook page," forgetting to know not everyone have a Facebook page. They have all sorts of insects that comes into the home because of wrong measurements of the doors and windows. This wasn't a problem only in my apartment but at least five other neighbors who I am friends with. Oh, and did I mentioned bed bugs? They have bedbugs and they con us into new carpet and paint not knowing, they were doing a cover up. They lied and said it might have come from the moving truck, not until other parents at the kids bus stop was also having the same issue. Get prepare to spend close to $500 a month in the winter. The heat doesn't stay in because there's a lot of cold air coming in from the poorly installed doors and windows. We had to use portable heater to keep the apartment warm. They come into people's homes without notice and don't care when you complain. It's just too much issues with this place and it definitely don't worth the price. We were paying 1340 plus all utilities for our 3 bedroom but the one year we stayed was a nightmare. Dont do it, rent from somewhere else and have a peace of mind.
This is literally the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. When we moved in, it was relatively quiet and peaceful. Then, suddenly every day at all hours, all these ghetto people started playing music with bass so loudly outside that I can hear it over my television! If your bedroom is next to the stairs, you will get awoken any time someone goes up the stairs in the middle of the night. If you're in your livingroom, it sounds like a herd of elephants coming down the stairwell. If you live near the main road of 72, you will be bombarded with the noise of motorcycles and big-rig trucks, and it's even more unbearable with the glass door open. The next-door neighbors were so inconsiderate and always played loud music which we could also hear over the t.v. in the living room. When the a.c. broke in the heat of June, it took them A WEEK to get someone to repair it. This place fools you because the grounds are kept nicely, but when the trashy people start coming out of their apartments, it's a nightmare!
Please do yourselves a favor and do not move here. Completely over priced. The person who manages the property by the name James is rude and very unprofessional. Came into my apartment while I was in the shower without notice, they threaten to take you to court for things you're unaware of. Maintanance sucks, you have to call over and over again before they actually come out. Save your money and move else where! Horrible staff, management, horrible place all in all!
DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN glad i read these SWERVE lmao
