Thin walls, heating insufficient, old appliances, and they came back to ask for more money after I'd moved out. Save yourself.
They increase the rents every year brutally, and people are moving out of the apartment everyday. So you can see they always have vacant apartments for you to trap in. yes, it's noisy. The management staff are indifferent to your needs, sometimes they are even rude to leave you alone in the office without any word. No safety policy at all, whenever you have something bad happen(if you lose your bicycle), they will refer you to your lease contract, which states certainly that it's fully your responsibility for taking care of your own stuff. Nobody seems to take any responsibility to improve anything other than increasing the rent steadily. Robbers! That's why I moved out!!
the best way to describe this place is gilded. It looks nice when you come in but the walls are thin, the water temp in the shower is very inconsistent and the water bill which they told us would be billed every other month because "it was so small" is 30 dollars every month. Thermostat on the wall but no air conditioning. Took them 6 months to repair the crack at the bottom of the pool. this list goes on
If you want good school district, Cherryhill might be worth it. But it is old building that is noisy and cold at winter season. My neighbor was taking shower every 5:00 am that noise was really high enough to wake me up. There were lots of insects (ants, cockroach) in my units. That was the major reason why I moved out from Cherryhill.
