6.) Each applicant must complete the same process.
7.) Once you have completed the application it will direct you to the next step to pay your application fee. That fee is $35.00 and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
When you are ready to pay the hold security deposit using your checking account and routing number, follow these easy step-by-step instructions.

2.) You will be redirected to our secure payment site. From the drop down menu, select “Prospective Applications and Deposits”. For this property 1/2 of the amount of the security deposit is required to hold the property. Please type in the correct amount you want to pay and press “Continue”.
