Lived there for 2 years and really liked my apartment, the community and surrounding area as it is close to everything. Not happy though that they charged me a $75 cleaning fee on move-out. I paid a non-refundable cleaning and redecorating fee when I moved in so I didn't expect to have to pay again when I moved out. I even gave it a once over cleaning when I moved out and I vacated the apartment 2 weeks before I had to giving them more time to turn the unit. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FEELING RIPPED OFF!
BEWARE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I would give this place a zero but in order to post I had to have at least one star. For my first time renting an apartment this place gave me the worst and emotional experience EVER! The maintenance here is terrible nothing really gets fixed like it should. Most days the sprinklers come on and I have to get up and go to work I have to get my uniform wet just to get to my car because the sprinkler heads shoot out water further than it should. The walk-ways are always wet because the sprinkler heads aren't adjusted to JUST WATER THE GRASS. No ! They water the grass, your walk-ways and YOU because you can't get around to a dry spot it's so bad. The kids in the neighborhood throws rocks and trash everywhere and the staff says nothing about it. I have never seen a pest control person in the complex so there is an investation of ANTS and ROACHES in every part of the complex ESPECIALLY when the summer comes. The management staff is horrible, they don't follow up on complaints by the tenants AND get attitudes with you whenever you ask for something. If you really have an issue your best bet would be to deal with the Regional Manager Nikelle. She was more helpful to me than those witches and clowns in the front office. Parking IS SO BAD! They don't assign the residents parking spaces close to their units -it's always further away from your apartment home. I've seen the POLICE in my complex at least five times in my complex in a YEAR which is still bad because that means there is something going on occasionally with either the residents AND OR THEFT. And like I said the management staff doesn't communicate with the residents. Do not let these people try to FOOL you into thinking this is the place you want to rent. PLEASE heed my advice, it has been a financial burden and emotional rollercoaster to be bound to this hell hole of an apartment complex. Its cost me more tears than anything

EVERY WHERE IS FULL OF DOGS POOP, EVEN ON THE STAIRS, NO BODY COME TO CLEAN THEM, BUT WE PAY FOR CLEANING EVERY MONTH.
Worst experience with them. Been apartment hunting for a while, and everywhere else I have looked the staff were very nice and helpful. BUT NOT HERE AT "BROADSTONE FLAMINGO." The first time I attempted to see an apartment and get some information the rude leasing agent, RACHEL, just simply stated they had nothing to show at the time and to come back some other time. Didn't asked for any name or contact information neither did she even provide us with a brochure or ANYTHING. So we left and decided we will try some other time, and hope she wasn't there when we did. Went back today to see if I would be able to view anything and get any type of information(that we didnt receive before). We walk in and no type of greeting (same as last time), but this time it was Rachel and another lady. I had to glance at them for any type of acknowledgement. They waved for me to step in, Didnt offer a seat to sit in. Was helped by RACHEL once again smh, Asked what I wanted and what I was looking for. I explain 2 bedroom smaller size and all she said she had no models to show and all she could give me was a paper and pricing. Didn't even bother trying to see if I would be interested in anything else. And just told me to go online to view everything. Walked out with the same as last time, NOTHING but a bad mood and counting the minutes till I could write this review. Just think if they are like this before you even rent just imagine when they know you have no choice but to put up with them. My advice: GET BETTER STAFF AND LEASING AGENTS WHO WILL HELP PEOPLE, AND GIVE THEM KNOWLEDGE ABOUT EVERYTHING, EVEN IF THEY DON'T ASK. ALSO PEOPLE THAT WILL MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WANT TO MOVE IN AND CALL IT A HOME. ----> BEWARE! NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ANYONE ELSE NOT TO WHO EVEN HAS THE SLIGHTEST THOUGHT OF GOING. BIGGG THANKSS TO RACHEL !!
