Sandra Tripp, the office manager, is great at her job! She finds out what you're looking for and does what she can to make sure you're not disappointed. We couldn't be happier in our 2 bdrm apartment home. Its spacious and comfortable. The landscaping makes you feel like you live surrounded by a beautiful park. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and efficient. And there is accessible communication between the management and residents. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments.
DONT MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!roaches even before we move in over 10 diff things wrong and they give us bs story
The management of the apartment is terrible. Especially the manager Nicole -she is pretty rude and arrogant lady. I and my husband regretted to live in this property. The staffs there were not helpful and friendly at all. Whenever we stopped by office to have a question, she never tried to help us, instead, she stared at us without doing noting. She has a male leasing agent unlike most leasing office has a female leasing agent. we doubt her sense of professionalism and manners towards a resident in Park Grove Aprtment. People who consider lease at that property should aware of their low quality level of resident service. Every neighbor whom I talked had the same opinion and complain about the manager-Nicole.
The Park Grove apartment grounds are clean, beautifuly landscaped and the management has been nothing but helpful with problems that I have had. The 3 office managers all know my name and stop by from time to time to see if things are going well. Repairs may take a few days to complete, but I think the repair man is just really busy. The pools were recently resurfaced and looking like new. I like it here and would definately stay for another year, or two.
