Apt had termites which were never eradicated properly, then when my daughter departed they went through a property checklist and made her sign it, and would not let her have a copy of it. That is probably illegal. I would avoid this complex.
Lived here for a few months now and its a pretty good/safe complex but not as clean as it should be. Management isnt the nicest or most helpful. They seem that way in the beggining but once you sign the lease you're just another #. Appliances are OLD & you CANT use your own fridge, but pools are kept up BUT NOT HEATED. Gym is clean and basic NOT state of the art like they mention. KIDS PLAYGROUNDS ARE BROKEN & DIRTY- not well maintained. Its close to freeways & outlets. DONT GET YOUR HOPES UP ON LOW INCOME-THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
I applied for an apartment here in June of 2009. I applied for the low income apartments and apparently was just outside the range, with them thinking I make TOO much money! I'm a server. I have good months and bad months. I went with my dad with tax documents in hand to talk with the manager Jennifer. She at first was on a call, then she was going to be on a converence call, and REFUSED to come speak with me. She had this girl Heather talk to us, and she barely gave us the time of day!!! She was trying to walk away with an attitude the entire time. She was a complete b**ch. If you're going to pride yourself on a great community atleast respect potential renters. I'm glad they aren't getting my money.
It's ok. Appliances are old and no washing machines in the apartments. Safe though!
