This company is a JOKE! I even spoke to a former employee and they didn't have anything nice to say. HERE ARE SOME TIPS:: 1.DON'T SPEAK WITH MARTHA, She is a liar & can't admit when she's wrong. Also when confronted will hang up & make sure no one answers your calls! 2.MATTHEW COSTELLO doesn't even bother returning your phone calls. (voicemail left) called more then once. - GAVE UP ON THEM. 3.Erin hangs up as soon as she knows who you are. THEY ALL TOOK ADVANTAGE OF OUR INEXPERIENCE CAN'T WAIT UNTIL OUR LEASE IS UP!!!

I had a relator; Dana Gangsai show my boyfriend and I a few properties. I asked to meet with him again to show me a few more properties that were actually decent and he never contact me again and I even contacted him at once and got no response; typical racist encounter?. I just moved along and found myself a professional relator. I wouldn't recommend him nor the company since they would hire someone unprofessional.

Have been renting under Costello for 4 months. Never had any problems. Their response time has always been almost immediate. Had several reason to call through no fault of their own and they always contacted me in a timely manner. The online site is great for paying rent and maintenance requests. This morning I requested non-emergency service and was sent an email and a work order was issued within 20 minutes of my request. Very happy.

By far the best real estate company in Las Vegas! This is a family owned business They always answer their phone day or night. very attentive our needs, They got us into our dream home and at just the right price . I can happily say I am part of the Costello family.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life they don't care about anything but money. You can pay your rent on time every month and when you need something they never take care of the problem they don't return calls and they are rude and nasty. They change people in that office like most people change their underwear. This is a family owned company and the only think they care about is their family not ours the ones that pay our rent on time.
