Don't do it! Management is nice but that's the best you'll get from Silver Creek. I'd tell you to look at their reviews on google and facebook, but most of them are by people who work there. Apparently, the maintenance men don't know how to fix things because my master bathroom sink has leaked three times within six months. Hopefully you don't work after 10pm, because you wont find any parking between how small the spots are, and double parker's that maintenance doesn't manage. Don't try parking by the curb because they will tow you calming it is a "fire lane". However you don't have to worry as long as you move it before 8 am because maintenance doesn't want to do anything that may mean more work on their part. Don't EVER get a covered parking spot in front of Complex B because the soccer plays WILL kick the ball into your vehicle and again neither maintenance nor management will do anything to fix the situation. Another issue with these apartments is the lack of supervision of children for example I've been ding dong ditched several times and with no resolution.
50$ fine for not cleaning up after dog- If one person has a problem cleaning after their pet, everyone with a dog gets a notice on their door saying they're being fined for it. Pet deposit of 300 plus 10 per month doesnt go towards fixing anything the pet may have ruined in the apartment when you move out. 300$ fine for furniture that we trew IN GARBAGE after move out..We have thrown furniture away while residing here and were never fined before. Same with many other residents. Managment will be real nice to your face but screw you out of ever penny come move out. Also be prepared for crack heads with train horns in their car that blare it for hours on for no apparent reason. Pretty sure half the residents here are associated with drugs. People let their kids run around the complex till 2 in the morning without supervision. Don't be surprised when you see 8 year olds cussing like sailors and bumping trap music at the playground. If you owe any money after move out they don't try to call or mail you..you get a nice surprise call from a debt collector. :)

Cool floor plans with lots of space, great location, very family oriented. Office staff helped make my move in easy.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Staff is highly uneducated and rude! Staff members do not know at all what they are doing! After deciding I would not be renting and would like my $100 deposit back, one staff member told me no problem and to come pick it up. When I tried picking it up, of course Sandra, said I could not get it and I was out of luck. Sandra hung up on me three times on the phone, when I was trying to arrange to pick up the check. The entire rental process was shady from the start. I needed a letter from my previous landlord, which Sandra pretty much told me to have a friend write it. When confronted about the letter in front of her manager Monique, Sandra denied what she had instructed me to do. The whole office is unprofessional and uneducated. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!
