These apartments are the worse apartments I have ever lived in. Management will not return calls, reply to emails or keep their word on anything. We attempted to schedule a walk through numerous times through phone calls (they never would call back) and emails (they would never reply to). Instead, they charges us for carpet clean although our carpets were spotless. Everything falls apart on its own and there are always horrific smells coming from the vents. The apartment smelled like smoke when we moved in and there response was to use odor smoke bombs and that we could leave our furniture in the apartment. I hope karma ruins lives of the apartment staff as they do to people who move in.
Hands down the nicest people to work with. This is a great community of people. The people who live here are so nice because I think they're treated so well. Everyone from the front office, to the maintenance are all so friendly and happy to be there.
This is by far the worst place i have ever lived. Not only have they changed management companies 3 times over the past 4 years but they cant seem to find any competent employees. The front staff is condescending and never returns any phone calls. They add up a bunch of charges after you move out that are crap. I would never live here again and I hope no one ever chooses to make the mistake of moving in.
*****DO NOT MOVE HERE!**** If I could give this place no stars I would! My family and I moved in April 2013 and everything was fine when we first moved, no complaints. BUT THEN NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER! And since then, everything just went downhill. We renewed our lease because its convenient for us to live close to work, especially with two kids - but now we wish we hadn't. The new management is horrible. We are paying extra for a 'renovated' apartment but they're pointless renovations - all our bathroom fixtures like the towel rack and toilet paper holder fall off. Our ice machine doesn't work and we've called at least 5 times to have them come fix it and it has been over 2 months and still nothing - mind you it's the middle of summer. And that's to only name a few. Management makes you feel like you're bothering them when you come to them with a complaint and they act like you're lying to them - they never actually listen to the problem. When we as tenants have an issue or need something fixed or have a complaint, it takes them FOREVER to handle the situation but when they want something it must be done IMMEDIATELY. For example, we have a bad mosquito, flies and bees problem. Every time we open our door mosquitoes fly in and end up flying all over the house. We've even had 2 wasps inside our house! And there was no way we let them in. We had asked management if they could spray something around the outside to help with the problem. Did they? No. So we bought mosquito and fly traps to help the problem and they put a notice on our door demanding we take them down in 3 days. New management is also super unorganized and not friendly. They are currently paving new roads in the parking lot. The day they do the section where our car is parked, the manager comes banging really loud on our front door at 7am telling us to move our car. They had sent out a previous notice letting us know they would be doing it but never put signs up on what sections they would be doing and when (like they said in the notice they would). But anyways, I go move our car. I come back inside and 5 minutes later the same lady is banging again, waking up my two-year-old son, telling us to move our other car in an uncovered parking space that is way across the parking lot because they decided to do that area as well. When my husband woke up, I told him what had happened and he called the office. Instead of admitting they forgot to put the signs up, they lied and said they put the signs up at 11pm last night saying the cars had to be moved by 7am or else they'd get towed. My husband is a chef and doesn't get home from work til midnight. There were NO SIGNS when he got home. And when he said that to them, they had nothing to say. Last but not least, we currently live on a bottom floor apartment. After a tenant moves out, management renovates the apartment before having another move in. Well, I guess the people above us moved out and as a common courtesy it would just have been nice if management could have given us a notice that they would be starting construction and working on so and so days at so and so times. But we never got anything. And for the past two weeks now, we have been getting waken up by banging and drilling noises starting before 7am. We understand that the work has to be done but it just would've been nice if they could have given us a heads up. These are only a FEW of the problems we've had with new management. The list can go on and on. I am not one to usually complain but it has just gotten ridiculous and out of hand. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The price of rent does not compare with the quality of renovations or customer service. It is not worth spending your money here.
Ridiculous hidden fees. Although it wasn't too bad when I first moved in, the complex has changed management several times in the last year, and each time gets worse. Their newest online system for payment is riddled with errors, and the front office rarely even knows what is going on (frequently loses records and doesn't know what to do when you bring basic issues to their attention). There was a few months in a row where the online system was even billing me double rent each month. Situations like this frequently take several trips to the leasing office to follow up, as they say they will email you within a couple days but then don't. They're obsessed with the unnecessary and pointless remodel of the leasing office. I'd much prefer they focused their attention on billing the correct amounts than making their office (which I'd prefer to never have to visit) "prettier." Disappointed.
