Did a a tour with leasing consultant Sam Turrubiartes. The place was decent for the price so I decided to get the money and the pay administration fee to process my application right away. When I came back Sam was taking a couple on a tour. Alejandra (didn't get her last name) came to assist me. I told her that I'm in no rush and would prefer to continue working with Sam. She immediately became offended and began talking to me rudely and loudly. To say the least... her behavior was extremely unprofessional and she lacked the skill set to provide quality customer service. I can only imagine the type of service she would provide if I was renting there and had a maintenance issue. I was not impressed with my visit there at all and cancelled my application and requested my money back immediately.
ive lived here for about 2 weeks now, its decent and affordable. I have no real complains so far it seems pretty quiet, nobody bothers me or my car. i have seen about 6 to 10 roaches so far all in the bathroom, they are small and i just kill them. they dont really bother me but i would prefer not to see them. lol.. Ive done my laundry twice and both times were good no problems at all. I havent seen my water bill yet so i dont know if it will be overpriced, the staff is generally nice. I will write another review if anything comes up.
Quite apartments to live at neat everything.
My lease at this place is almost up, thank god. I moved in here because I had to find a place quickly and it was the first one I could find that I could afford. The first night I moved in I had just gotten all of my stuff up the stairs and I saw the first cocroach. Later on that night before I went to sleep I decided to check the place to make sure there werent anymore so I went into the bathroom and there were literally hundreds of them in my shower curtain. I went into the kitchen next and there were also at least a couple dozen that scattered when I turned the lights on. I had them spray the next day and it did absolutely nothing. I was unable to stay at my apartment for the first week because they were so bad. Three professional sprays, tooons of boric acid, 6 bombs, two boxes of traps, and about two weeks of the "flick on the lights and squash" game later I finally got it down to about 1-2 roaches a day. Months later I am still seeing them...and I am probably one of the cleanest people ever! I dont even have a garbage can in the house cause Im so terrified of them...I take all of my garbage straight out to the dumpster. Another complaint is the lack of maintainance. The pools were always closed in the summer due to "over use". gross. The back gate has worked for maybe 3 days out of the many long months that I have lived here. The grounds are just gross, there's always garbage everywhere. Another complaint is safety. Sure I knew it wasnt the greatest neighborhood when I moved in...But I never expected someone to be arrested on my front porch and to have my car parked in late one night by a forensics van. There are kids running around everywhere unsupervised at all hours...There are constant venders selling mangos on a stick I think? They run around with their shopping carts honking a bicycle horn up until about 10pm, which gets slightly abnoxious...There are constantly flyers being put on my car and on my door...at least once a week I get some guy that hasnt showered in about a month knocking on my door asking me if I would like to buy DVDs out of his backpack... I have also noticed the water bills being pretty outrageous...the low rent is made up for with the $50.00 a month water bill for a 1 bedroom apartment. I have seen what appeared to be a dead animal in the laundry room...maybe it got in through one of the windows that has been smashed out...My A/C sounds like a frieght train going through my livingroom... I have been woken up by the noise of dumpster divers more then once...Not a day goes by where there isn't some kind of fiesta in a suburban outside my bedroom window at 3am...I have definately learned that you get what you pay for...I would rather get a second job and pay higher rent than renew my lease at this place. Goodbye Ghetto
