Too early to tell yet, as we just moved in to the property. But, it's nice!!! nice common areas, fairly clean, but seems like I see some trash once in a while on the grounds, looks excellent from the outside and in. Had a few fixes for the maintenance upon moving in and they took care of them promptly without hassle. Apartment isn't as sound proof as I'd like it to be... Can really only hear the heavy doors of the main hallway, some footsteps, and louder music from neighbors... 2 highways within 5 minutes or so of the apartment. Same distance for groceries, stores, centers, etc... a few gas stations and fast food places real close, however. LARGE BATHTUB!! Enjoying the tub very much!

I have had nothing but issues the criminals in the leasing office added a fee to my account, when asked why they had nothing to support the cost, I disputed the fee in writing, no response for 68 days, then they left a note on my door saying they would refuse my rent if I didn't pay the fee. None of this process is even legal they claimed a lawyer had advised them it was, when I contacted him he said he did not represent them. They refused my check at the lessening office and have disabled my ability to pay online
Management very friendly (kudos to Tessa). Maintenance top notch, quick and friendly with a sincere interest. Recent change(s) to leasing staff have been to much friendlier, more outgoing agents. Pet peeves- common areas, pothole(s) in parking lot. Overflowing trash always by mailboxes. Concrete and siding on stairs and hallways needs to be cleaned from spills and bird poop. The condition of Welby Road-Management- call the city, the road needs replacement, or at least holes filled for now, it's a jolting ride into the complex. Some future concern about noise from light rail behind some buildings. Apartments spacious with great soundproofing.
If you read anything on this review read this, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! To start things off I lived in a 2 bedroom with my girlfriend for 14 months. The problems started on move in with the apartment not being clean at all, we were greeted with a black hand print on the stairwell wall going from our garage to the apartment. Next, the hot water heater within the first few months would constantly stop working. We had 3 maintenance calls to fix it until they finally just gave us a new one. The biggest problem was a few more weeks down the road with the neighbors. The patio above us partied constantly and we were constantly sweeping cigarettes, cans, and firework debris off our patio. We didn’t complain or make references to anyone as we let people live the way they want with respect (expecting the same in return); however, after shooting fireworks off their patio for a month they decided to have a huge blowout all night long. We had everything from fireworks to stomping from 8pm to 6am straight. When we woke up that morning, my car was damaged from a full beer can being thrown off the patio from the third floor and denting my car below. I took photos and went to the neighbor; of course he denied it even with three full beer cans sitting in the street with splatters all around them just below their patio and around my car. When asked about all the firework wrappers on my car, he hardly took blame. Next, I went to the front office. They did nothing, not even an apology. Instead they just gave false threats to the neighbor and he continued his normal routine, not a single person did a thing for my damages. By the way the beer cans sat in the parking lot for a week before being blown away. My girlfriend would also routinely go during the week to try the pool, didn’t even get the chance. Every time she was greeted with a random “Pool Closed” sign. If you’re looking to have an energy efficient place or even somewhat affordable electric bill, not here. Your electric bill to cool the summer heat will rival most homeowners. I’ve rented for many, many years and never seen AC bills that high. Turn off the AC for just 20 minutes; you’ll be at 80 degrees in no time. Open up the window to get rid of the problem? You’ll be greeted by the Indigo Creek parties throughout the neighborhood, car alarms going for hours, or the occasional drifting car through the parking lot. Don’t let your children take one step onto the asphalt lot they’ll for sure be run over, my dog took a few close calls with crazy drivers coming around corners. To top it all off when we moved out the front office goes from their happy and nice attitudes before your lease signing to some of the most awful people in the world. By far the worst customer service you will ever find. They went ahead and charged us for cleanliness as well as anything else under the sun when the place we moved into was dirtier than it was when we moved out! Get ready for a huge bill regardless of how hard you try to clean it when you leave. Without a doubt, DO NOT MOVE HERE. They’ll start out nice but once you sign the lease be ready for complete hell from Indigo Creek. Ignore the false/fake positive feedback on here and listen to people who actually put up with their complete crap for too long. You have been warned, this place is terrible!
