My friend leased a dorm room there, a coupel weeks ago she had to tend to her ailing Grandmother who passed just recently. Upon returning to her home she was surprised to find herself locked out of her home on 2-4-16. The management there said they locked her out due to suspicious people in and around the home after speaking to Eva the property manager they went to her room and found these suspicious people residing in her home. The management let the same suspicious people stay in her room even after discovering a huge footprint on the door and damage to the door and doorlock. She still can not get a key and has to pay for a hotel room for the third night in a row. The property manager did inform her that one of the rooms was completely empty of her personal belongings. I smell a lawsuit and some unemployed people
All the other reviews are pretty accurate. This place is horrible, infested with bugs, and the management only cares about getting rent and being as unhelpful as possible. If you go in here jus walk down the halls and you'll see a bunch of rooms have white powder all along the bottom of the doorway, it's cause that room is infested with roaches and other nasty bugs. It may look nice from the outside and pics they post, but i wouldn't recommend to anyone. There's cheaper better places in the near area, i live on one of them
Yeah this place sucks about a week ago our sink overflowed with what looked like sewage water we sent in a manteince request by the time they fixed it. It was hard to breath. After that we found a maggot accompanied by a few roaches even after they supposedly sprayed the place for bugs. The WiFi sucks they block every site I need in order to study YouTube facebook, and a bunch of others. They have a pool but it'seems so clorinated it turned my roommates pants from blue to purple. Did I mention we pay 1400 for one jail I mean dorm room
well, where should i begin... 1. First of all the looks of this place is terrible... the corridors look like you are inside a mental institute or some kind of asylum. the color and texture is just awful.. 2. Now the management is also terrible, i have had people walk into my apartment at anytime of the day multiple times during my stay at Meridian without my approval. *They perform so much alarm testing that if one day there is a real fire everyone would die because people would simply not give a damn. 3. Overpriced as f*ck just because it is next to csun. 4. You can hear your neighbors footsteps from up above very easily 5. In the beginning there was a lot of parties, but now the music noises are very uncommon. 6. You will wake up by either the immense sun light coming from the poorly curtained windows or some random dude using a leaf blower. goodbye, and i would only recommend this place if you don't mind all the things i mentioned above.
Very bad place to live and the management is worse!!!
