It's ridiculous, my girl has green mold on her back balcony, and when she told management they literally told her "to get water and soap/bleach and clean it herself, and that they don't clean tenants balcony only when it's vacant" which is a lie, because she moved in with it nasty and moldy . But they had the nerve to pressure wash the front of the step, and that was a messy and piss poor job, she had water inside her unit, and the front door is covered with all the debris from the splashing. The office personal is rude. And I'm sure when they reply back to these low ratings they are not sincere apologies. They really need professional personnel working in the office.

If i could rate this lower, I would. Insensitive, discriminating, unmotivated, rude, and will never get around to getting the job done. This describes bridge property management who owns This property, and especially describes they're manager! I have been here for 3 years they refuse to let me transfer to another unit or fix mine. I in the process of moving and will never come back to this company. I have never been late with my rent, i hear gun fire on the occasion, regularly have to call police, noisy tenants and they refused to take care of it. When brought up to the manager I get told to leave and made to feel as though retaliation will occur. DO NOT ever rent from this community or this company.

I'm about to vent and rant! I moved into the Village at Seeley Lake apartments in March. The apartment was dirty the day we moved in but had no where else to go. Over the next week of moving in maintenance was there to address all the issues but not in a timely manner. The main issue I had was my daughter stepping on the tac strip sticking out beneath the carpet. Well over the past few months we have had issues with our fridge going out and ruining all of our food, being forced to give away my dog that they allowed when we moved in, my washer not draining and ruining clothes, mold forming on the walls, once again the tac strip coming out, my apartment and car being broken into, two drive by shootings and another just two weeks ago. All of which has continually happened in a matter of seven months. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. All issues have been addressed, I have even spoke with the regional manager. I have been to legal and spoken with an attorney and nothing can be done unless we pay over 2000 to break our lease. If you are looking for an apartment STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE VILLAGE AT SEELEY LAKE!!!! Have a lovely weekend. ♡
