The service stinks...i recomend if u have alot of furniture dont go here the living room is soo small...some office ladies are verry rude sometimes the only reason that we can get them working in our apartment was if we get on the same page as the manager which is mostly fightin but ouh well the only good side is that its calm here but for a 13 year old to say this its pretty sad lmao cx -_-
There is always something going wrong and it takes forever to have it fixed. Since I moved in in May of 2013 we have had problems with our air unit the up stairs venting is good and downstairs is bad we've put on work orders were told it was the insulation on the door and still haven't had anything fixed. Wouldn't recommend moving here. Now that I've moved out even though I left the apt spotless and the manager said it was amazing they arr still charging me a cleaning fee of 129
First and foremost, DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION Been here since july 2013, and only one faulty item has been fixed out of the 12 work orders that have been submitted. The maintenance staff is non existent and when they are here, they are not working. The Office staff is a bunch of people who seem to not care about the residents, or the property, only the incoming rent. A little while ago another apartment caught on fire, and the office staff never told anybody about it. Several burglaries in the past few months and again no news from the staff, but by word of mouth from other residents. The water temperature fluctuates as much as 25 degrees in the amount of time of one shower. Extremely hot to very cold and back, again and again. All of the electrical outlets in the living area needed to be replaced and it took a month to get them to do it. The provided alarm system did not work for the first month. It was only fixed after I promised that they would be held responsible if we were robbed.
The customer service when applying is awesome but when you move in somehow they leave out some information. The model looks way better than my apartment. I wasn't able to see my apartment until I signed the lease. I won't recommend you staying if you have a lot of furniture.
