I initially enjoyed my stay here, but it's been getting worse and worse. They keep adding bullshit charges (a few dollars a month, but still), and now they won't even take packages at the front office. I am definitely not renewing my lease after what happened today, though. So we got a rental car last week after we had an accident. Since we were in shock and were busy dealing with physical and financial damage, it slipped out mind to notify the office that our rental car would be parked in the complex for a week. This morning, the rental car was gone. Initially we thought it was stolen, since the FRONT GATE WAS WIDE OPEN ALL MORNING! The lady at the front office, Fardes, simply told us that it had been towed, and that it was our fault. No apology, or even a suggestion as to how we can avoid getting towed from our own apartment complex in the future. It was also her attitude, which said "you are an idiot" that really made me angry. When we asked where we can park the rental car, she said, "visitor parking." We asked, "Do you mean along the fences?" To which she replied, "No, where there's a visitor parking sign." The thing is, there's like one spot in the complex that has visitor parking sign, and that is hidden all the way in the corner. I've never even seen it until today, as we don't ever have visitors. That woman in the front office was truly unhelpful, not to mention incredibly rude. If that's her idea of customer service, I just can't wait to get out of this place and never look back.
One if the best places to stay in Houston. Valet trash, free cable, washer dryer in unit - I can't ask for more for the rent I'm paying here. I had seen many apartments in Houston galleria area before checking out here and this turned out to be better than all of those for almost the same cost per month. The staff is very nice too.
I've been with other Camden properties in other cities and all of them were wonderful and the team at Camden Stonebridge is no exception. I've been living here for almost 2 years and overall, I am very satisfied with my choice to live here. The best thing about Camden Stonebridge is the staff. Everyone at the office are professional, friendly, and very prompt with their services. They are very attentive to residents' needs. The maintenance staff are also very quick, efficient and professional. I didn't have many occasions to need maintenance work, but even for minor issues, they are quick and do a great job. The community is rather small, and it is very quiet. The residents are cordial and the neighbors all seem to enjoy their stay here too. They host various events for everyone to get to know each other and offer interesting activities. There is sufficient parking for residents and their guests. It is a gated property and I feel pretty safe, although there have been a few times when the exit gate was broken for several days. I live in a 2-2 and it is spacious and very bright. The floor plan is good, with plenty of closet space. However, the kitchen and the sink is a bit small for a 2-2 apartment. Staked washer and dryer is included. Black kitchen appliances. Ceiling fan in each room and the living room. Balcony has a storage. The location is also very convenient. The valet trash service is mandatory but we have to leave the trash out only between 6-8 pm. Valet trash service is convenient at times, but I would prefer to have the option to choose or not choose to have it. I actually don't mind taking the trash out myself, and sometimes people pile their trash in the trash bin by their door full and leave more trash beside it. Another mandatory service is Xfinity cable. Since I dont watch much TV, this is extra cost I wish I didn't have to spend. With the mandatory trash and cable service, expect to pay about $70 extra in addition to the rent each month. I would give Camden Stonebridge 4.5 stars. Updated on 3/17/2015 It had been 4 months since my last review. Everything is still pretty much the same. All the new and old staffs are ever so helpful. The price of cable and valet trash service is the same. Best of all they installed surveillance cameras all over the apartment complex. I felt much safer especially walking my dog at night. I just renewal for another year and I'm happy with it.
I just moved to Houston and the apartment hunt has been an exhausting process until I came about Camden Stonebridge. I probably visited 10-12 different apartment complexes and none came close to the experience here at Camden Stonebridge. The staff, especially Reagon, has been extremely helpful and accommodated to all my requests and needs. The communication and solution turn around time is extremely quick and so far it has been a great experience! Absolutely would recommend to anyone!
The customer service is really great. Reagon remembered my name within the first month of me living here and greets me with a smile anytime I see her. The landscaping is always being updated, so the complex looks great and well-manicured.
