It took a month to fix my A/C in June, and it still barely works unless we run it for 24+ hours. they threatened to fine you $100 for not picking up dog poop when the bags we pay fees for were missing for two months, took a month to fix my washer unit, and hot water has been going out all night every night for months and they keep giving everyone a different story. It seems to be based on discussions with the office (who tried to blame me for the hot water issue to my downstairs neighbors) that the issue is not going to be fixed. Ava is the only one in that office I will deal with because she doesn't make me feel like a bother. They failed to mention we have $130 in common area fees on our utility bill. They claim it's individually metered, but I pay 200 flat a month in utilities. They had guys with power tools drilling on our balconies at 7 AM, then told us about the project two days later. I found out from a neighbor, not the apartments, that we had to pick our mail up from the post office due to mail box break ins. The sprinklers spray the sidewalks to the point you can't get in or out of your apartment without getting wet. Maintenance comes in when you specifically tell them they can't and give them numbers to call before entry in multiple spaces on the work order. Even though it's a gated community, there are multiple gates that don't shut/lock. You can never get a straight answer from the office staff most of the time. You have to rely on your neighbors to figure things out. I could keep going but I think you get the idea.
Office staff is terrible. They make you feel like a bother rather than a valued resident. The apartments are nice and the location is great but the unprofessionalism of the staff makes it unwelcoming.
This place is really nice. Granted there are some problems with maintenance that could be resolved more efficiently and quickly. But over all a good place to live. Just make sure the pools are working guys
I hated it here. Utitility bill was 200 dollars when we conserved our electricity/gas/water. We ended up paying around $1000 a month. The management was rude when I tried being nice and reasonable. And residents/neighbors reported and filmed the management walking into people's apartments without consent and household items have been reported missing. There is also a $500 deposit fee on my credit that says it hasn't been paid when I paid them before I moved in!
I've lived here for almost 4 years. Over all it's ok but the hot water issue is getting ridiculous and the office staff is hit and miss as far as courtesy and professionalism. I'm moving out very soon.
