Kitchen includes lots of cabinets and counter space, gas range, electric convection oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In-unit laundry room includes HE washer and electric dryer.
Lease details: The primary lease terms are as follows:
a) 1-year lease at $1895/mo rent, due at the start of every month.
b) 1-month rent-equivalent refundable security deposit, due immediately upon signing.
c) $40 per month pet fee, up to 2 small pets (cats or dogs only, less than 15 lbs per pet, no vicious breed), with additional 10% refundable security deposit per small pet. Larger pets up to 60 lbs may be acceptable with increased pet fee and security deposit on a case by case basis.
d) Except for HOA regular fees, which includes trash and outdoor maintenance, tenants are responsible for all other utilities and must maintain renters insurance.
The above terms are applicable only for the following tenants:
a) All adult tenants must have a social security number, fill in a rental application and consent to credit and background checks via zumper.
b) All tenants must have no major felonies, no evictions, no bankruptcies or be party to any lawsuits. Please provide written and signed explanation of any such incidents. All tenants must consent to the landlord or their agent contacting current and previous employers and landlords.
c) All adult tenants must show valid government ID, last 3 months of pay stubs/direct deposit and last tax filing (2 years if self-employed).
d) If you are a non-US citizen, please provide proof of US legal residency for the lease term.
e) All tenants must have a credit score of at least 650.
f) Total verifiable income of all adult tenants must exceed 3X monthly rent.
g) We do not accept Section 8 at this time.
h) No smoking allowed on premises.
