It’s a 4 bedroom apartment in Midtown. There are 2 spots available since me and another roommate are leaving. It’s really close to Westport, downtown, and 71 if you need to get on the highway quickly. Rent for this room is $560 plus about ~$70 utilities. It is essentially its own studio apartment w/ a private bathroom. There’s on-street parking. It’s on the top floor so no noisy upstairs neighbors. One roommate does have 2 cats, but they are very friendly. Both roommates are super chill guys and are students at UMKC. I am moving out at the end of April, so you can move in around that time!
