This place is so bad. It just goes from bad to worst, there's no hope for this place. No fixing what so ever. They're trying to fix the outside , while the inside is infested with roaches, water constantly going out with no warning. Maintenance workers that do not know what they doing. Corporate took over the office, and still nothing is getting done. Let you be late with rent they're good with leaving notices on your door. They're REALLY good with that.
My mom did a application online back in july.....its now September and she still hasnt heard from anyone and everytime she tried to call she got voicemail....wtf? 80 app fee and still dont kno if she was approved or denied......
I've been here just about two years and will be leaving next month due to the non-stop issues with this complex. There is nothing but problems here and since the new company took over and the name was changed from "Bayou Crossing" to "Reflections". the problems have only increased ten-fold. The gas to the dryers in the laundry room were turned off for 9 months due to non-payment, the pool was closed down for over two months, the lights in the whole entire complex were out for a period of about a month due to non-payment (finally that was settled because of course code-enforcement was called). My apartment building has been without lights in the hallway three times and again we'rent turned on until code enforcement got involved. The present problem as of today seems to be the lawns have not been mowed for weeks and therefore the whole place looks horrible and overgrown with of course tons of bugs, including lots of mosquitoes...I'm sure this is due to them not paying their lawn service bill. Of course, forget about getting anything fixed in your apartment. I've been trying to get my AC fixed for 4 months now to no avail and also am unable to use my master bath because they have not shown up yet. This is par for the course though. If you plan on moving here, your best bet is to put in a request with the office and if they do not respond to it (which they probably won't), write to code enforcement because they are here every day anyways. There are many other equally frustrating problems here as well and if you're not desperate, I highly recommend looking around for a better place.
This apartment complex is the worst I have ever dealt with!!! They are crooks I paid my $200 deposit and they lost my money order. I have been calling and s/w the office manager at the time Ron who acted as if he was really helping me and in reality was not. I have been dealing with them since January to try and get my money back only to be giving the running around until current. I will not recommend any one to move here this is just a sample of experience with this company. I could go on but I'm done!!!!
