My apartment is a nice layout and good usage of floor space. The property is always well kept, and it is always nice to see kind faces in the office. I have only had to place a few maintenance requests over the last two years I have lived here, and both times the work was completed quickly. I would highly recommend Bella Springs Apartments because I feel they are one of the nicer complexes!
Cant say anything bad. I like my place, love my closet! Thanks for putting in the new grills by the pool! So far everyone in office and on the maintenance have been very nice and helpful! I wouldn't mind working in the office just to help them out. I was in there working on my homework and saw how busy they were. It takes a lot of patience to deal with some of the people that were just in there to complain, not sure if I am cut out for that put I would be a good sales person because I really do like living here! Also, I do not have the same problem with parking, I simply rented a private spot, makes it easy. So I would give Bella Springs a good rating and yes, I would definitely refer them to friends. Check them out!
Totally loving the new grills at the pool. Fire pit is cool too! I have lived here for two years now and I like my place! I just want to say thanks to all of the workers in the office and on the maintenance team. They have always been really nice, makes it easy to live here. I know the manager and her team takes pride in the place I always see them out and about on the complex. So I would give this property a 5!
They never cleared the snow from the apt. to parking area. Routinely walked through drifted snow. Pet policy is the most backwards I have seen. 100lb dog is okay but no dogs less than a year allowed even if they are tiny with a max weight of 10lbs. Read contract carefully because they think they are allowed to take possession of your pet if you are not home and proceed to give it away to Humane Society. Pretty much a death sentence for most animals not to mention how wrong it is to take someone's pet...just let them move out for pete's sake. Read the fine print and don't settle because you are in a hurry. Let them have empty units and see how they change their tune.
If you have any respect for yourself PLEASE do NOT rent from here! First off, if the folks above you weigh over 100 pounds, they will sound like a herd of elephants. Worst of all, the parking is absolute BS, they allow non-residents to park illegally in fire lanes and other non-parking zones. As a TENANT I had to leave my vehicle across the street at Progressive because there was no parking available at 9:30pm on a Wednesday night. But yet, residents and non-residents were parked illegally all over the complex. On top of that, your water is shared with others. For example, I had to pay for 246 gallons of water that was "split in half" for just 5 days with the people above me and yet I hadn't even moved in yet. There are more covered parking stalls, than free stalls, which to me is fraudulent. Also, the thermostats are incorrectly placed in terms of height, therfore your electric bill in the winter will be more than a 2000sq ft house. Again, do NOT rent from here especially because they LIE about upfront charges as they charged us TWICE for the same stuff.
