Love the spa and pool but management is outrageous! It takes at least two weeks to complete a background check, they demand you attend a ppt orientation DURING THE WEEK that takes two hours when it's something management can email, and after orientation you can select a move-in date that takes another week. Management can easily streamline their processes but choose not to. The pool is closing for repairs that will take a year! It's a great location, predominately young renters, and the parking garage is a nightmare. Valet is overpriced. I generally have my guests park elsewhere then pick them up. The parking garage is so narrow, there's nearly an accident every day. Valet attendants are the worse, whipping through the parking garage - glad I don't use their service. There are restaurants nearby...very expensive restaurants with awful food. $50 lunch for two sandwiches, fruit tray, soda and a water. The ICON is beautiful from afar. Management is awful (and won't work with you), valet caters to the hotel (not the residents or guests), the hallways are always dirty, you can hear your neighbors sneeze, and the plumbing is always backed up. Looking forward to the move-out date :-)
I recently stayed at tower II as a guest of a resident. While I loved her apt and the view, the employees there are extremely rude and not trained in customer service AT ALL. Valet has to be the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life!! To over charge parking fees and not be at least helpful or pleasant is baffling to me. I won't mention employees name in valet but she has the the nastiest disposition ever and should be FIRED!!
One of the best years of my life living here...sure, there is always something to complain about, but I will be forever grateful for the mornings I woke up looking at the ocean and the nights I fell asleep looking at the city. Beautiful grounds, impeccable spa, great restaurants in the building, and close to everything MIAMI.
This is the most poorly managed building in all of brickell. If you are planning on buying or renting run the other way. The management acts like they are doing you a favor by "letting you" live here despite paying overpriced rent costs. Also, the hotel in the front hosts trashy events that attract a disgusting crowd. Parking and valet extremely poorly run. But again, the major issue is management and their stupidity and ineptitude. I cannot wait to move the hell out of here. Also, they are closing the pool for a year and not telling future tenants. This is FRAUD!
great buillding one of the best in all miami the spa is beatifull and the gyn is great one the things i like is that they always have green tee in the spa and the lobby that is super clean and nice . im in love with the icon brickell condo
