Very frustrating experience with Butternut Ridge Apartments. I have been an existing resident there for over 1 year and am trying to transfer to a larger apartment within the complex. I have been trying to obtain some form of documentation detailing the apartment I will be moving into and have yet to receive even an email. Not to mention that I have been told I won't be receiving copy of my lease until maybe a week after I move into the new apartment. Extremely frustrated and am wondering if it is even worth the hassle trying to live here when I can't even get an email confirming the number and rent of the apartment I will be moving into!!! It is an extremely unfortunate situation as I have had nothing but positive experiences up until this point. However, 3 weeks of asking for information repeatedly from the leasing office and JVM corporate only to be essentially ignored is almost enough to outweigh the positives.
