I am looking to sublease my room in a two bedroom two bathroom set up at The Cambridge in college station!

I currently do not have a roommate so you would be living alone. The price is what I pay per month you can pay by semester if you wish as well. The rent comes with an Unlimited Dinning plan at the dining courts on the first floor as well as weekly house cleaning and much more I have attached a picture with the full amenities.

The other bedroom which is not in use is currently locked. The bathroom is unlocked.

Again this is a spring semester Sublease I am transferring from Blinn and really need someone to sublease this apartment/dorm so I can make that happen to help my future career!! If you have any questions contact me! Can be available for move in December 1st or Jan 1st!
