I used to work as a leasing consultant for a new luxury apartment community, so when my sister moved to Charlotte, I helped her find an apartment. Charlotte has dozens of communities, but I have no doubt we chose the right property for her. Applicants can apply, choose their apartment, and sign a lease online. The one bedroom apartment she rented has perfect paint and carpeting, a beautiful gas fireplace, valet trash pickup, and a huge private wooden balcony. There's also a full size washer and dryer! The walk in closet is to-die-for. (And yes, she pays under $850.00 per month cable/trash included). Robert Boyd, the property manager is a true gentleman and professional. All of the leasing staff I have met have been genuinely kind individuals. We have met about five neighbors and each of them have been wonderful. It's close to everything but the grounds are natural, woodland, and quiet. Expect to see all kind of birds, squirrels and flowering plants. I like this place so much, I would like to live in Charlotte!
