Two days in a row the hot water goes out and a slow response. This is a reoccurring problem in these apartments, at least two to three times a month. The pool is rarely open, as a fact it wasn't cleaned tell July. They have a security guard which sits in their vehicle all night and does nothing while others have their vehicles broken into. Tere is a bad flea problem on the grounds which they have refused to fix, they tell us to steam clean and they'll send an exterminator for the apartments yet they refuse to treat the cause. Fix your apartments... so here it is months later and the emergency hotline tells me I have to wait tell the morning to tell the manager I have no hot water, they can't dispatch maintenance to fix it. Really Don't Move Here They Don't Care About Their Tenants!!!
Moved in here in June when I came in that day (Saturday) no one showed up to work. Moved from a good ways so I stuck around and the answering service said they could not help me a manager from a sister property came to help me finally and I got moved in. As soon as we moved in we noticed that the A/C did not work nor did out fridge, I was told fridge was an emergency but no one came to help me until Monday. I waited days for my "new white fridge" to show up but one day I came home and had a three legged dirty smells fridge and never did I get that new one. After several times coming in and trying to repair it, it finally just won't work anymore. This was 11/3/15 now here I am 11/6/15 still with no fridge. They think I refused anything but new, when is reality all I said was I will only take one temporarily. So here I am calling at 3 and they said sorry nothing can be done until Monday 11/9/15? Not to mention they're never there so when I brought that up to Rick the so called manager he said I could call him on his cell phone from now on, and if I would pay rent on time I wouldn't have the need to call so much????? Like wtf who says that to someone? Maintenance had showed up twice with no warning or notice, first time because he left his bucket under my sink two weeks before my babysitter called me to tell me he was going through all of my stuff looking for it. Then again to install a light I never asked about or complained about. I've ask several times about a plug for my bathtub and a second security lock (I only have one lock and they have a key) my husband car has been broken into 4 times and out front door was open one day ..... I'm so done with this place I WANT OUT NOW! But I can't reach corporate either I feel so helpless & hopeless at this point ! Only two people work in this office Rick the manager and one leasing agent that keeps changing.
I've been living here for almost a month now. I don't recall asking roaches and huge flies to sign the lease with me. I've been told multiple sprays have been done, but it sure doesn't look like it. I spend more time squishing than I do enjoying my apartment or cooking. Very displeased with this community and will not be renewing my lease.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. WARNING: If you do make the decision to move in, THOROUGHLY INSPECT the apartment prior to move-in. If there are any issues, demand that they fix it before you move in. The lease is for 12 months, so once you're in...you can't get out for a good while. I just moved in a few weeks ago, and I do not like it here. When I first moved in, the aesthetically speaking, f the apartment seemed fine, but a few days after I signed my lease, all hell broke loose. I noticed the AC was broken, the oven did not work & was missing parts, the water temperature in the shower fluctuates between hot and cold, the shower head was coming out of the wall, there were pests (roaches/ants--not a lot, but still), a closet door was not on his hinges, the windows were not sealed, & the gate is broken. I have asked for all of these maintenance issues to be repaired, but that has been a huge obstacle within itself. It has been two weeks, and still some of these issues have not been fixed. I call & call & call for help, or speak with them directly (manager/secretary) get promised that things will be done or looked into, and then nothing is done. I am very disappointed with the service here. It has been 2 weeks, and some of my issues have not been resolved. I tried to be patient, because they told me that they just switched over to new management, and are having issues with maintenance, but now I'm just furious. As a new tenant, I don't feel like my voice is being heard, etc. I'm not the type to complain, but this has been the worse apartment experience of my life. Other information: Located next to Highway 3 There is an awesome donut shop and a washeteria across the road The complex itself is not loud or boisterous Maintenance is not good
Just moved in on Friday problems keep occurring toilet overflowing plugs not working ac unit makes a lot of noise fridge went out and roaches are apearing
