CCL, was purposely designed & sized with 23 loft apartments, 11 units on each floor, to create a more intimate environment and ambiance where we can focus on building community . Each unit is a well-appointed energy efficient loft style apartment. Not your average apartment project, CCL has been designed with great attention to detail and modern design. Some of the features include: 9 to 10 foot ceilings, great natural light, LED light fixtures, walk-out decks and French balconies, kitchen islands with quartz tops, high efficiency refrigerated air conditioning and heating, and hip retro GE Artistry appliances including microwave, electric range, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are also in unit for your convenience. Wood vinyl flooring, complimentary built out closet systems to provide ample closet and storage space, and accented walls make these spaces both striking and subtly cozy.
Each Tenant pays $30.00 for their use of water, sewer and refuse as well as their separately metered electric. Pet fees of $50 monthly for each pet are required as well as a non-refundable pet deposit. No charge for the first vehicle. There are pet restrictions. First car is free and permits at $50 monthly can be issued on a case by case basis.
