I have lived at the Crossroads for more than a year. It is a very community friendly, community . Every month there is a family friendly get together. My family has enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts. We have also enjoyed the backyard like area, that has a table and barbecue. My grand daughter learned to swim in both of the pools and enjoyed the play area for little ones this past summer. This is also a pet friendly community, the maintenance men and the office staff always have treats and scratches for my dog. The office staff are friendly and attentive to my needs. The maintenance crew do an excellent job keeping the grounds clean....even when some pet owners do not. I appreciate them all. I chose Crossroads for the proximity to all the major freeways and they have an executive area in the office with computers that are online for our use. I stay because and it feels like home.
The community is conveniently located near Loop 101 and I17 to make getting around a city with poor public transportation a little more convenient. The maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and the staff is courteous, prompt, and professional. The grounds have actual bright green grass and tall established trees in Arizona along with attractive fountains.
Hi Guys, Crossroads Apartments is our home, it is not an apartment for us. I moved here in end of 2012 and it has been more than couple of years now. The rates are unbeatable compared to any other apartments around. But just because they are comparatively less expensive compared to other apartments, doesn't mean that their service and maintenance is any lesser. In fact it all, it is only better. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, they would not only solve your problems with a smiling face, but guide you in providing interesting inputs & options whenever the need ( believe me guys i have lived in so called better and expensive apartments with less friendly and egoistic staff), so i know the difference. The maintenance guys are mind blowing. Any issues in your apartments, they are competent and prompt to fix the same. The apartment has a small and cute play area for kids. Two swimming pools, barbeque place. The apartment is perfectly medium sized, i personally do not like too big or small apartments. There are four laundromats open 24 hours of a day and in close proximity within the apartment. To top it all the apartment always celebrates festivals, encourages and have some themed get togethers and surprises you with some lovely gifts at your door( now tell me who does that). To add to it it has tennis court and a basketball court. Has two gates to enter(believe me that's a big plus), depending on which direction you like to go. 101 and I-17 both are less than 0.5 miles away, helps to go to any location to South Phoenix with ease and your choice depending on traffic. All the important stores like Walmat, Fry's,Costco, Motor Vehicle Locations are 1-2 miles away. Lot of good restaurants around too. The apartments are nicely sized. I personally like the 2 bed 1 bath, that has a big living room and a patio, where i have been living. trust me guys, it is difficult to beat a combination of not expensive, amazing, friendly, helpful with all amenties and access to everything around. We ( My wife and i ) love crossroads and it is our home. Highly recommended
This is a really good complex. The staff is nice, if anything is wrong they will fix it, and the grounds are well-maintained. They have pools and stuff, and everybody I run into has been nice. One thing, it is next to the freeway. If road noise bothers you this is not the place for you. But if you don't care about road noise this is a good place. It is gated and has gated parking, and they put on little events for the kids too.
I really enjoy living here and my small, but inexpensive, apartment serves all my needs. The employees are always prepared to help with any issues that come up. Big+ no one bothers me, I like my privacy.
