My roommate is a 25 year old female, so females preferred. No smoking, no pets (but you can bring one and pay the pet deposit).

Gazebo Apartments is about 15 min from downtown and 10-15 min from Lipscomb, Belmont, and 20 min to Vanderbilt. A TON of Belmont and Lipscomb students live here (: It's a great complex, with multiple pools, tennis courts, laundry facilities, free parking, and it is a gated and secure community.

Rent is $615 a month, plus electric and internet. Internet is always $20 and electric can run anywhere from $20 to $50 depending on the month.

There would be a $50 application fee and $250 deposit (we can talk about this, don't let it scare you!).
