Fountainhead has the worst maintenance response times (if they even respond). The front office staff are not informed of the service statuses or when a request was submitted. I would recommend going somewhere else before moving into Fountainhead Apartments. I am disappointed how they continue to allow obvious service neglect and mismanagement to continue. I hope they will recognize the need for improvement and promptly do something to change it. There is a blatant neglect for professionalism and caring about the tenants that live here. I have mold in my apartment and the service manager just seems to write it off as nothing major to deal with. Mold is serious and can create deadly health concerns, I would definitely seek to live somewhere that the community and service manager cares about the tenants health and will be responsive to doing things the right way the first time. I know this may not seem severe but mold can be spread so quickly that it seems like nothing until it takes over and harbors illness and it will not be limited to where it was created, it will spread like wildfire and wreak havoc because it is an airborne organism.
I lived at Fountainhead for about 2 years, recently moved out of the city. It is a great first apartment community. I took off 1 star because it is a bit older as were most of the appliances, but they all worked well. I have had great experience with the front office...minus the lady who I guess is the manager, the times I interacted with her she came off as rude. Danielle, Cynthia, and Nicole have always been polite. Maintenance has a had a great turn around for non-emergency requests. This is usually done within 24-48 hours (in my experience). The 1 thing I didn't like is there was a resident who at any given time will have 3-5 cars in the parking lot which is disrespectful to those who live there. There are not that many family members in the complex and I suggest requiring residents to register their car and maybe putting a limit to a certain amount of cars per person in the unit. It made parking difficult for many people especially those who I saw moving in and moving out. Overall I was please with the company, didn't have any problems with bugs. I only used the fitness center once so not enough to have a formal opinion about it. Conveniently located right by I-10. Most importantly, the community is quiet. I've never had issues with noisy neighbors. In one instance the lady moved out. Otherwise everyone is courteous and respects your privacy. No rowdy college kids or party people either.
Such a great little community to live in! It's quiet, and has beautiful landscaping. Also the ladies in the office are so helpful and sweet. I love living here. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it takes an eternity for maintenance requests.
Customer service is great! From the very start Nicole was friendly and excited to help us. Overall it is a very pleasant and peaceful community. I am very happy with my choice. - 5 stars
Love it here! I've been here over a year and I've never had any complaints. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. The leasing staff offer great customer service. I've had a great experience living here.
