Supper mean, I went to their office and ask for 2 bed room ,after a while they speak in Spanish with each other then told me yes we have - after they run my credit and charge me 80$ - Simply they said we are sorry your not qualified - the manager is very rude by all means. Shame on Heritage park apartment management really shame that they are stealing money, INDIRECTLY. cheating on people . The property management should assign a very kind and respectful person in such positions to be helpful with people not mean and disrespectful.I will definitely follow up with the property management.
Big advise. Don't sign a lease here. They are the most in your business apartment complex I've ever rented from. The manager Christina, is extreamly rude and refused to give me a detailed paper of what they found in the inspections they do. She said absoulty not she will not give me a copy of it and that she told me what to fix and that is enough. She raised her voice in front of the other residents in the office when I was sitting in the office to the left trying to talk to them privately. That lady is a monster and not sure how people like her have jobs. They told me what they found in the inspection was that I need to do the dishs in my sink and there was too many toys on my daughters floor in her room (she's two). They said you have one week to fix that or you can get a violation. I've never lived anywhere like this before. And I'm VERY clean so if you arnt on top of your dishes I really wouldn't move here. Or if you have to deal with people like her trying to bully you becuase they have nothing better to do. It ridiculous how they can be so involved in your life and come into my home so much. They have probably been in my house twenty times now and I've only lived here for 6 months. This is just one huge reason not to move here. I have many more. Warning. Make sure to ask if someone died in your apartment becuase they didn't tell me when I moved in and then lied and said they did. One other thing you should know before moving here is that I've called four times about my water heater and it still goes out sometimes where I can't give my daughter a bath. And after hours emergency doesn't answer their phone. Good luck ! I suggest somewhere like Quail Ridge around the same price nice apartments but doesn't get in your home and inspect if you've cleaned your kids toys up.
The worst customer service I just called because they placed my account in collection and they said you didn't pay I paid with a money order and this lady by the name of CRYSTAL is beyond stupid and does not know how to listen I think she needs to get some learning skills I'm trying to ask a question and all she did was keep talking over me and then hung up the phone when I said can you just listen to me ... Let's just say I hope she looses her job for being such a rude person.. I don't understand why people like he even work in customer service positions when they can't handle the job
A wonderful apartment community to serve you. Fresh corn sold here as well as waxing and massage services. Wonderful area for children to play. Helpful staff to assist you in the application process. Swimming pool. Well kept grounds. Lots of grass. Good financial deal. After school care. Sports and play grounds. Running track.
My Husband and I separated and I needed someplace to live that was in my price range and close to my children's school. I Understand that the process to make sure that I qualified for the low income housing takes a few weeks, but I initially signed papers in the beginning of August and I did not receive my keys until the middle of October. I also had asked each week if I can physically see an apartment, each time it was told a different excuse to why not, but one of the managers showed me pictures of her apartment. When I finally got my keys it was an entirely different floor plan than what they described, when doing the first initial walk through, she had put in a maintenance request for several items, which none of them were ever done and it's been a year. Including a strap that goes around the hot water heater, which is against code. Also during the final walk through they told me that it was going to cost me $23.00 an hour to touch up my paint and that it would take at least 4 hours, also a $95.00 cleaning fee, plus an $85.00 carpet cleaning with an additional $30.00 for heavy soiled areas. Mind you, I did sign a one year lease, I actually only stayed there for a little under 3 months since my ex- husband and I reconciled. The place looks as though it was never lived in, but going to cost me over $300 to fix it. They were also horrible at returning phone calls as well as communicating directly. When I was on vacation my power got turned off, because I forgot to pay the bill, and the apartment gave me a 3 day to quit notice, stating that I was not in compliance with my agreement. I was unaware that my power was off, or that I had a 3 day notice until I returned home to find the notice on my door as well as in my mailbox, but never once did they call my phone. Overall this was the most horrific place to live.
