Worst apartment management ever. They rarely answer the phone. The old lady at the front desk has the nastiest attitude that I have ever encountered in customer service. She talks down to me and I have 2 degrees. The assistant office manager is also rude. I came in to ask a question and she yells her answer at me (I was standing in the waiting area speaking to the receptionist) from her office without even getting up to speak with me. I have been nothing less than a great tenant and to be treated like this is degrading. They are trying to keep my deposit and are refusing to give me my final bill and do a walkthrough with me even though I finished out my lease with no issues and paid all my bills on time.
After been 2 years in this apts i wanted to renew my lease, i asked them which apt i wanted they were working on it and were supose to have it ready for me 09/09/15. As my wife goes to the office new managers tell her theres something going on with that apartment to wait for them to call her when its goin to be ready. Later on that same day they call her and tell her that there is somebody living in that apartment when we gave them a $300 money order for the deposit for that apartment in july. Even if there is new managers there is a note that says guerras fam is goin on to this apt this date they saw the note they ignored it so now what? If they dont want us here fine we get another apt all they have to do is tell us. I wish i could get the real owners phone number so i can talk to them. If anybody knows how i can get the heron walk apartment owners number please let me know!
Maintenace is not good,if you dont have a real emergency they will never go to fix nothing. No privacy either they open the door without knocking or call before. El mantenimiento no existe, me dieron un papel para informar problemas en el apt. hace 3 meses antes de mudarme y nada que ver el papel no existe igual que el mantenimiento. Privacidad mucho menos habren la puerta sin tocar o llamar antes
