I am living in Indigo Park since on August. It is incredible the staff's mood (office staff). They are always in a bad mood and when one of them show up, the first word is not a: HELLO, but something to complain about you. They are always requesting to follow the rules, they are worried if your dog is on the leash, but they are not worried that the dog trash is full since I arrived here. They are not worried that the grass is full of dog poop. To live here with your dog you should pay $400 of dog fee and more $10 per month, and at least you expect that they will keep the grass and the trash clean!!! I take care of my dog poop, but some neighbors do not. So, Indigo should be responsible to keep it clean!!! But NO, they are worried about being rude, impolite with theirs tenants.!!! I guess they do not give a sh@# for our opinion, for being nice or friendly. They should have more clients than they need! It is no coincidence why there are so many complains here!!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! If I could rate negative I would. Don't be fooled by the nice apartments it's not worth living here. The crime is awful. I paid for a gated community yet the gates never work. I want out my lease after reporting stolen items and a shooting with in the apartment complex. They expect me to pay the fee and wait 60 days to leave after calling and leaving messages for the last month bc they are never in the office and don't call you back. So technically that 3 months of rent and a full months rent cancellation fee to break my lease. In situations like this they should be apologizing and asking what they can do to help and make you happy. Yet NO they expecting something a ton of money out of me and I can bet money they will find a reason to keep my deposit even though the apartment is in the exact conditions I received it in. I'll keep y'all posted on that. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!
One of the best Apartment complex's in the Baton Rouge Area. A friendly staff working! Well taken cared of facility. Beautiful Pool area. Good Gym facility.
By far the worst experience in a place has been indigo parks. All the outlets broke on us, heater made the fire alarms go off, the trash guy sucks, and so much more. So excited to be out of my lease now
I was a resident at Indigo Park living on the 3rd floor January 2010-December 2010. I fell down the stairs, broke my ankle and had to move in December 2010 due to I had had 2 surgeries and the Dr. said walking up and down the stairs was hindering my healing process. I spoke to Brittney in the office regarding the matter and she said I would have to wait until January because there was no availabilities on the ground floor and I presently have 8 screws and a plate in my ankle which Brittney also stated there was no liability for residents injured on the premises which is ridiculous. But prior to moving,I had 1 month left on the lease and she refuse to waive that 1 month, so I had to do what was best for my health, MOVE. Indigo put me in the credit bureau which doesn't matter because I met another previous resident that informed me of the bad experience they had and they're living in a $250,000.00 home though Indigo put them in the credit bureau as well. "BAD BUSINESS!"
