Worst place ever. The place never feels safe at night, always scared someone is going to break in. Some of the residents are inconsiderate to others at night. One night some guy had his bass so high at ten at night l felt the vibration and could not sleep another night someone parked in front of my window and left the brights on. I wasn't sure if I was about to get robbed or not. There maintenance people are the worse. They leave doors unlocked making it scary when I come home late from work and I find my door unlocked. One incident, the laundry room shelf fell off. So me and my roommate called for maintenance and they came and drilled a whole right through the all into my roommates bathroom. All the guy said was "haha I think I knocked something down". My lease is up and would not recommend this place to anyone. Just work some extra hours to pay for a better place.
Noisy apartment (you can hear almost everything happening outside), small and large roaches, dirty corridors and stairwells, gates broken for extended periods of time; insincere office employees who give conflicting information and don't seem to care. Maintenance employees are the exception, prompt and courteous help. Apartment had a decent layout and has nice laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a good sized patio. The entire exterior, including the parking lot and street surrounding the buildings, needs to be renovated. There are better complexes in the area for about the same money. Do yourself a favor and visit them.
Nothing is good about this place gate works for 24 hours then breaks.office workers suck rude and disrespectful no one knows what the other is doing .trash piles up and over flows at front of entrance. They charge for trash pickup and half the time it don't get picked up.every month rent goes up and they come up with bull crap stories of why.forget about finding a parking space near your building even if your handicap.if you not there before 6pm you are ass out you have to park two buildings over.and for bid you have to go out your trap in your home because sprinklers are broken and pouring out that you have to go outside with your pants pulled up no shoes on and a umbrella and its not raining.their needs to be knew management here inside.if you have more than one person complaining about the same thing its not sour people its management!.
Quiet community with friendly and professional office staff. No problems after 6 months as a resident so far
Our move in date was a Sunday, the office isn't open on Sunday but Michele promised she would be available to meet us so we could sign the lease. We waited an hour until a leasing agent who lived at the complex saw us waiting outside the doors. Despite a rough first day the apartment itself was very clean, new appliances, and overall a nice space. The pool is fine, although the trees make it hard to tan in the sun. City West's employees are a glaring weakness in an otherwise good valued apartment complex. I pray I won't need to rely on the staff for anything while here because they are unreliable.
