This is quite possibly the worse living experience I've ever encountered. The flamboyantly gay manager is very rude. They will screw you over in ever way possible. There's no security! 11 break ins within a 2 month period! Only info we got was a letter posted by the mailboxes. What the heck!? In the middle of the summer they took down the basketball rims. So what little activity the kids could enjoy was gone. The geese had poop everywhere. It was NEVER cleaned and did I mention the spiders?? Oh yeah the spiders and spiderwebs were EVERYWHERE! Stay away from this place! As far as possible!

When me and family lived there they had a minimum of 10 break ins in the matter of 2 weeks and offered NO SECURITY!! My pregnant wife was a stay home mom and all they told us to do was get renters insurance!! Is that going to protect my wife and kids? Uh NO!! There's no recreation things to do, no park for the kids, they took the basketball court down, so all u have is a tennis court and pool. But who plays tennis and swims everyday.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You will be breaking your lease in the first month!!

I like the actual apartments themselves but I wish they were in a nicer area. The tenants that have moved in here are very ghetto! I had my car broken into and valuables stolen. If you are white with valuabe things I would move further north. This complex seems to be predominately black. Not the good kind of black people, but hood black. I do not feel safe living here, I am actually going to get a gun to finish out my lease. Then I will be moving north where there are friendly white and black people living together in harmony!
