Their mantainance is garbage, management changes every year or two and consistently becomes more garbage. Current parking rules limit apartment residents to two parking passes per unit. Fair. However if you'd like a guest you are required to apply for a guest pass at the office. Of which they generally have roughly 10-15 a day. Once they're out they're out. The nearest parking to the complex that isn't an illegal bike lane or limited to two hours is a 10 minute walk away. This is a major problem for me and mine as I host game nights weekly and Oregon isn't famous for kind wether. Lastly when I politely asked management how I might go about filing a complaint they were incredibly rude and told me to file a complaint with the city of hillsboro even tho my issue was with them and their flawed parking system.
