This used to be a wonderful apartment complex when it was Landmark at Sage Commons. The staff was friendly and I never had any issues. Then, the apartment complex was bought out by this new company, changed the name to "The Park at Trapani" and since has gone completely to hell. They made it to where we have "flat rate" for our water bill, so although my husband I use very little water, we are paying a flat 65 dollars a month on water. Also, they will not accept packages at the front office any longer. They will tell the delivery person to "leave it on their front door step". I called and told them I had an extremely important package being delivered and they basically said "tough luck". They left my $1500 wedding dress out on my door step. And now, they have TOWED our car when the tag was only slightly expired. We even called them and informed them that we will be selling the car within a couple of weeks and they said it was fine. We were going to sell it this weekend. We had no warning, no notifications, phone calls or anything. We come home and it was gone. When the company was bought, the original staff was fired and now the front office staff is unprofessional and rude. They do not want to answer questions or be helpful in anyway. I was really hoping that I could have a happy home here. I was so excited when I first moved in. Now I am going to have to find somewhere else to live because they will be raising the rent drastically. They will only tell us 3 months in advance what the price will go up to. I hope we can find a new home quickly.
I have been living here since 2011 and there has been three changes in management , but it doesn't seem to get any better. My unit has flooded out 2 times since I have been here and both times it was the same patch they put in before. I have asked about a change of carpet which turns into a long drawn out story about how carpets cannot be changed while tenants are occupying the unit. I have steamed cleaned numerous times but the carpet has taken a beating from the floods. I have had a leak in my spare bathroom repaired once with a small 8"8" patch of drywall that looks unsightly and now it has returned. My wife informed the agent of this matter and she stated she would send someone right away. Still waiting!!!! I love this location but I am at the point where I have to make the decision to move on.. So disappointed.
Be careful parking here. The new management has been known to have cars with valid registrations towed without warning. And then tap dance when they are caught lying about it.
i just move in last month so far I love it . My leasing agent sunny made sure my paperwork was all completed with great customer service skills.the whole apartment complex is clean and quiet neighborhood.moving into this complex was the best decision I made when it comes to my living arrangements . All staff here is professional and helpful ..maintence resolve issues quickly as possible ..would recommend to anyone .
NOTE HIGH FEES! You have the usual water/sewer/trash fee in addition to your base rent, BUT, they oddly require a $65 Application fee (everywhere else seems around $35) plus a $125 Admin Fee (you lose which is pure profit to them!) AND a $200 non-refundable pet fee AND a refundable $200 pet fee - yes, two pet fees and good luck getting that $200 back at the end! AND also "your choice" of one month deposit (around here it is usually a $200-$300 deposit) or you can choose a $200 "waiver fee" instead of a security deposit - so landlord knows 90% or so will choose to pay this "Fee" which they use to basically get around the laws regarding returning a Security Deposit. You can do better elsewhere!!!!
