I've lived here for just over a week now and so far, I give it 4 stars (I will revise my review as needed if need be). The complex is conveniently located on a hill overlooking Boeing/ Lake Washington right off the 405 fwy and the grounds appear to be well taken care of (of course it is Fall time and fallen leaves are everywhere at the moment). The only downfall would definitely be the super thin walls. I don't have noisy neighbors thank goodness, but I can hear when my neighbor's doggy barks as if it was in my own apartment. I know that's the nature of apartment living, but this is definitely the thinnest walls apt. Ive ever lived in. For now, I'm just grateful I don't have noisy neighbors :) A second "incident" that sort of stood out was that on move in day, as I was doing my walk-thru, the apartment was not exactly cleaned well. It was a little disappointing to see the cleaning crews didn't do the best job, but Ashley, the leasing agent who was helping me out immediately jumped into action, grabbed a caddy filled with cleaning supplies and she herself returned to the unit to clean it herself. I didn't know she did this until later when I saw her coming back in with caddy in hand and feeling a little hot from all the scrubbing. I couldn't believe she went and took care of cleaning my new home so that it was perfect! I REALLY appreciated that she did that when she truly has no need to be doing that (not in her job description I'm sure). I loved that she took the time to make things right and showed that she cared about me. In all, it has been good living here so far. Make sure you ask for Ashley to tour the complex. She is super friendly, inviting, helpful and will take good care of you :)
High water bill!! I live in a one bed one bath an it's just me an hardly do laundry or use dishwasher an my water bills is alway 60-80 an month! They go through Conservice! At my old appt my water bill was never over $40! It's just ridiculous I pay $875 plus $12 for trash a month water an trash should be included!
I could not believe the negative reviews I read...it shocks me! My experience has been wonderful. I have lived in many apartments and I would say Lexington is the best of the best. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My maintenace items are taken care of right away. Yes, I agree I pay a little more than other properties in the area, but I also have a view of Lake Washington from my Living room, dinning room and kitchen, so it's worth every penny. I highly recommend you at least visit the property to see it for yourself.
have been here for two year and moving out soon. the walls are so thin you hear everything through the walls, the new management does not keep up the grounds like the previous, and when we told them we were moving because this place is over priced they only offered 95.00 off the rent of our apartment which is 1195.00 plus we pay all utilities and rent a garage from them. This unit is not even being rented for that amount advertised on their website, what a slap in the face.
