Lookout Hollow is an excellent apartment complex that I wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation. A local company hired me on for temporary summer work, and I lived here during the summer of 2014. I don't need to tell you how beautiful the campus is, because it's clearly apparent from the photos that it is well landscaped and has excellent amenities and equipment in the units. I was highly impressed with the service of the representatives and managers. Stephanie was always excellent and eager to help, and maintenance was quick and efficient in responding to our clogged sink, for example, or making an extra mail key. I enjoyed my stay, appreciated the gated parking, loved the pool, used the gym almost daily, and couldn't have stayed in a better place over the summer. This place is great!

The apartments are nice a little over priced. Wooden floors, tile, granite counters and thick walls. The parking sucks so unless you pay for covered or a garage you will constantly be fighting for a place. The management has gone down hill. They do not keep you informed and never tell you when you get a package. They are rude at times. The only staff that is great is maintenance they are efficient, and outstanding. I have lived here for two years and am considering moving immediately. They messed up my lease twice.

Yes this place is very nice. But the management here makes it not worth the extra money at all. They have very bad attitudes and dont listen to concerns that you may have. I have lived in apartments since I have moved out on my own over 12 years ago. This place by far has the worst customer service I have ever received. The leasing staff has a weekly so called get together of there own with only people from the office. Usaally Thursday or Friday evening out by the pool. When you see them out there they act as if the grill and pool belong to them and them only. Not to mention they are half toasted from drinking they are all very rude to passing residents or anyone else wanting to enjoy the amenities as well. Several times me and my wife had issues with the leasing staff being out in the common area till late at night being load and obnoxious. But as soon as its you or someone else..... Watch out cause you will have a very nasty letter on your door. No professionalism at this place at all. The biggest problem there is the manager Christina. Beware of her.

Most of the residents are OK. The staff is an utter joke. Luckily I had a short term lease otherwise I would have just moved out and paid off the remaining lease.

I lived at Lookout Hollow Apartments for 9 months until I found a home to purchase. For the most part I was very pleased with my stay. The other residents were nice. The grounds were well kept; the staff was very nice and pleasant. There were no loud noises. I did not need any maintenance work done, but heard only good things about the maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend living at Lookout Hollow.
