They get you with the cheap move in but God forbid you lose a family member, lose your job, acquire an illness, or disability the management will not work with you at all. You are not allowed to terminate your lease under any conditions (even if medical evidence is provided) and they trap you into paying nearly $800 a month regardless of your financial hardships. The only thing they care about is making money, not what is best for their residents, they could care less about you they just want money for these overpriced motel rooms. Not an understanding, kind, respectful, or positive environment for anyone.
