I've lived here for about a month and I love it. Excellent and responsive staff. Clean grounds with a great community feel. Im very happy with my choice.

Google "Marquis at Briarcliff" news, and you will see that a girl was raped moving in to the apartment in the past two weeks and there were 6 armed robberies in the area. There are frequently incredibly shady large men lurking in the parking lot at night, the lamp posts are not on in the neighborhood - only motion-activated - and the gate is frequently broken, so shady characters are constantly driving through the neighborhood. However, the management continues to raise your rent. Online advertisements for the apartment claim there is a security officer on the premises -- I have lived here for a long time, and I have yet to see this "security officer" anywhere, although now that the accidents are all over the news, there are cops in the area nearly every day investigating the crimes.
