NIGHTMARE EVERY SINCE I BEEN HERE. I HIGHLY recommended staying away from here. I want start by saying this. I am not angry at anyone. Its not my property and I could less about it. Just trying to help people! I am from a very poverty stricken environment plus I just left the military 3 months ago so living conditions are not big for me. First, I traveled 780 miles to an apartment that wasn't ready or clean and full of bugs. I have been here 3 months on a 6 month lease and I've already had over 10 different work orders. The maintenance team come and half fix work orders. I've had to call them for the same work order twice about the same problem. They come patch things to get by for a little time. Its clear they are not experts and don't know what they are actually doing. The water pressure is horrible(called in work orders twice for that). I've had 3 leaks in 3 different spots in 3 months which damaged my furniture. They stated the knowledge of leaks in several apartments which is why they force you to have rental insurance upon signing the lease. There is damaged wood under the bathroom sink. I went to express this to the manager of the property and she stated that it couldn't be fix because it was cosmetics reasons which I didn't understand. After I expressed that I don't think we should have to live in an apartment with damaged furniture paying $1000 a month her response was, "Would you like to terminate your lease"? Im not the smartest guy in the world but what I received was, WE WOULD RATHER YOU LEAVE THAN SPEND THE MONEY TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I've never been this dissatisfied with the living conditions of a place. ANYTHING managed by Trinity Properties would never get another penny from me.
A living NIGHTMARE. Since I've lived here there has been a brick thrown through an apartment window over a domestic dispute, a drunk woman throwing landscaping bricks in the parking lot screaming about a dent in her car, and a number of fights. Also, I have seen the cops show up on 3 occasions. On top of this, there is a group of kids that routinely "play" in the parking lot. They have busted out a car window with a football, cause car alarms to go off with basketballs, and like to go through the trash to find glass bottles to break. They even throw rocks at the poor squirrels in the trees. All of this has happened in the immediate vicinity of where I live and I have only lived here for 2 months! When I come home from work, I have to walk through garbage left all over the ground and a group of men who like to sit outside near my front door and play loud music from their car. And there is a roach infestation problem as well. Cleanliness within your apartment cannot deter this major problem. I live alone with an infant and I feel completely unsafe. I inquired about transferring to a quieter location but they do not allow transfers until you have lived in your apartment for 6 months. For this reason, I will be sure to stay away from any community managed by Trinity and HIGHLY recommend staying away from the Hudson at Westchase. On a positive note, Ashly and Lauren (who work in the office) have been very friendly and do the best they can with what they have.
Thank you Maranda.... I'm soooo sorry that you as a person had to go thru so much trouble while staying there. But look on the bright side. We in society all at sometime has to be the voice for the people. I own a marketing agency. I am a trainer & recruiter for the advertising industry. I need to find 6 apartments for my team for a 12 month project. You have been very instrumental in helping our decision to NOT rent from this complex. Your words of frustration has not gone unnoticed and neither will your spirit to live in a healthy & clean environment. Continue to pay-it-forward by voicing your concerns to the community. It does come back and someone will in turn help you as well.
I've expressed my concerns with these apartments before. The property manager did help me with the many issues I had since moving in June 2014. However that didn't make living there any easier. The roaches are unbelievable. I am not a dirty person so I really can not understand how I've had roaches for an entire year. I have to throw away all of my furniture because there has been roaches in my bed, couches, floors, ceilings, clothes, closet, carpet. Literally they are everywhere! There was one stuck in my Tupperware bowl under my cabinet and I made sure to give it as a gift to the office staff. I pay $625 for a 476 sq. ft. apartment. My apartment is worth about $500 ONLY because they replaced my refrigerator. My stove is old and rusty. It's been replaced with an even more old and rusty oven. The front staff is HORRIBLE!!!! They got rid of the only two people there that were nice and caring. Edward is ok, he's the only person I'll talk to. The property manager is helpful as well but that doesn't take away from the fact that the apartments are horrible. I have been frustrated for a year living here. First it was roaches, then it was fleas, then it was a pipe burst, then it was mold, then it was my oven, then it was my refrigerator leaking, then my carpet was torn, and between all that there was roach infestation. They use Pioneer as there exterminating company and they are also full of crap! They must be spraying juice because whatever it is they are using isn't working. The actisol treatments don't work either. I have one more month to get out of these apartments and never turn back. I plan on posting a review on every website I can find about how NOT to live here. I've already told everyone I know and caught two people standing outside the office because they were "closed early for training" and I told them to run far away from this place. The area in general is bad and dangerous. I am moving into a 740 sq. ft. apartment for $690. The apartments look better inside and out. The staff is nicer and the prices are actually reasonable. Even if they weren't anything is better than The Hudson at Westchase.
Aryn at the complex really listened to me and helped me with my questions and concerns. I appreciate you speaking with me.
