There is never any parking!!!! I've lived here for 2 years and I absolutely hate the parking issues. I've sent multiple emails to the leasing office with no response. Poor planning for parking for residences. Nice apartment but has lots of centipedes and spiders. I have to park on the other side of the complex which is very inconvenient when there is snow, rain, or moving groceries or other big items.
I moved in a month ago the employees in leasing office are great people and always responsive ,have no problem with any thing but I wish they invest some money on gym to buy some left and weight equipment's so all the residence can work out and use it ,
When I moved into Post Corners in the summer of '11, the office staff appeared to be inattentive, non-responsive, and disorganized (aside from the maintenance personnel)......although I was very much satisfied with the location, community and apartment. Shortly after moving in though, the entire staff disappeared and was replaced with a bunch of, what I can only describe as, superstars!! It has made all the difference. Nikki, Nicole, and the maintenance guys are responsive, very well organized, and absolutely the best in my opinion. I couldn't ask for anything more from these folks and they play a huge part in making my apartment, my "home" :) Really glad that I found Post Corners. And for "Google User" below, the gates do break down on occasion but they're mechanical and subject to as much.....hasn't your car ever broken down?? There are two exits/entrances and I've never found myself trapped in the complex. Perhaps this guy just needed a map :)
The worst place ever they don't care for anybody. They reviews are written by the staff. The gate is brakes down from time to time which almost cost me my job by being late b/c no one could leave the complex. The rooms are over priced and very small. This place my look nice and neat but it is totally the opposite. There are lot more better places then this.
