Craigilea Housing Co-op currently has a 2 bedroom plus den available for occupancy August 1st, 2016. Deadline to apply is June 18th, 2016. For an application please see our website at craigilea.net. Please note this is not a rental unit and membership participation is a requirement. Pet allowed is one spayed / neutered cat.

The current housing charge for the available unit is $1,035 until August 2016 and is subject to changes yearly according to co-op budget requirements. In order to qualify for occupancy, your gross monthly income should be $3,530 or more - there is no subsidy available. There is also a $2,500 share purchase required and is refundable upon occupancy termination. Members are responsible for hydro, cable, internet and phone services - having said that. CHF BC has recently rolled out a new Telecom Program where the cable, internet and phone services are offered through Telus at a reduced rate (this will still be member responsibility).
