Moved into an apartment in Camelot courts. Yolonda presents herself as a proper resident manager but she is not. All complex have rules but you can't try to enforce rules that you don't follow yourself. Like no guest can park on property but all of her guest park on property. She leaves here clothes in the washer and dryer for days like it's her personal washer and dryer. I think I was really done when we came home one night and she was having sex with three different men in the parking lot right outside of her own apartment window. Like how can you respect someone like that. I can't make this stuff up. The video is still going around the complex. Her company somkes weed and has even asked about buying some from people walking in and out the building but she will put it on the other residents in her building that they are the ones smoking weed. She's had her windows to her car and balcony busted out by a random guy who she wouldn't let in her house. It's just too much. Her alone makes the stay at Camelot court not worth it

Do NOT rent from RD Barr Co. 1. Moved in to a dirty and very dusty apartment. Toilet was in no condition to use. Unit Manager painted the bathroom within a week of my move in. The closet doors was falling off. The kitchen cabinets were sticky. The appliances old and oily residue on them. 2. Moved out and got charged for leaving the apartment clean. When call RD Barr Co the secretary was extremely rude and hang up on me. 3. If you still consider to move in, MAKE SURE YOU WILL DOCUMENT/FILM IT BEFORE YOU MOVE INN AND AFTER YOU MOVE OUT. My neighbor got charged over 400 $ for dusting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
