These apartments are nice but they are a little overpriced. The appliances are not up to date, maintenance is very slow and the high ceilings makes the apartment look bigger than it actually is. From the looks of things tenants are honoring the lease and then they move on, I can definitely see why the turnover is so high at this site.

My family moved in two years ago and we love the area. The apartments are a descent size and the staff is friendly. The down side is the maintenance. Small issues grew into big bad issues in time: toilet (leaking), tub (not properly caulked), window (last New Year a bebe gun bullet put a small hole in the upper corner of our Master bedroom and it was just fixed in November). But all in all it's a great place to stay with your family!!!!!

Except they are premium on the rent, this is decent community to live...
