50$ fine for not cleaning up after my dog (bullshit) and even tried saying they talked to me about it. Then I see the same notice on every persons door who owns a dog. So if one person has a problem cleaning after their pet, everyone gets fined for it. Pet deposit of 300 plus 75 doesnt go towards fixing anything the pet may have ruined in the apartment when you move out. It goes right in management's pocket. Apparently torn carpet will cost 500$ (literally the 20x10in.) And if they try to say they need it cleaned by their maids..150$. Wasn't even that clean when I moved in. Management is a bunch of stuck up bitches that will be real nice to your face but stab you in the back. Also be prepared for crack heads with train horns in their car that blare it for hours on end bumping loud music out of thier cars and kids running around with Nerf guns pretending they're in gangs rolling off of residents cars at 2 in the morning.

Cool floor plans with lots of space, great location, very family oriented. Office staff helped make my move in easy.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Staff is highly uneducated and rude! Staff members do not know at all what they are doing! After deciding I would not be renting and would like my $100 deposit back, one staff member told me no problem and to come pick it up. When I tried picking it up, of course Sandra, said I could not get it and I was out of luck. Sandra hung up on me three times on the phone, when I was trying to arrange to pick up the check. The entire rental process was shady from the start. I needed a letter from my previous landlord, which Sandra pretty much told me to have a friend write it. When confronted about the letter in front of her manager Monique, Sandra denied what she had instructed me to do. The whole office is unprofessional and uneducated. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!
The place is in good location. But, I think corporate are just way to slow...... I have been told, I'll get the definate answer of YES/NO in 2 days. It has been 6 days since I paid for deposit and screening fees, and yet there is no answer. I always get the same answer over and over from the staff: I am still waiting for the reply from the head office, inspite of there are no red flag/s in my case paper. So I hope all you are looking for an apartment should really get a place to live there or NOT!!! CAUTION: THINK TWICE AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! You pay for your screening and deposit ASAP. But, when you ask for the money back, it will take FOREVER!!!
