there are mold problems and the apartments on the inside don't look as good as the outside they have a lot of issues and would possibly tell one of my friends not to live here because how bad it is...the manager is rude an really disrespectful,the neighbors are loud an also the maintenance here isn't really any help at all

This is a nice place to live! Quiet neighbors (for the most part), well-kept grounds, a cool cabana house for tenants, and fairly affordable rent. The manager here is very kind, positive and quick to help with any issues you might have. The buildings are a little older and sometimes have moisture retention problems, but all in all I'm quite happy to rent here.

There is a serious mold problem that will damage anything that you leave in there apartments. They are never there to talk to and always conveniently unavailable to talk about your bill so that they can charge you late fees and send you to collections
