The worst place I've ever lived. The ladies in the office are nice until you move in, then act like the snobbiest, most unfriendly people ever. The maintenance people won't come if you have a problem unless you call a thousand and one times. Plus, they are also SO rude and act like everything is your fault. I mean it when I say that everyone here is so unfriendly. Don't live here, filled with a bunch of nasty people here. Not safe

Worst Experience EVER! Real HELL hole. Was warned before moving that the maintenance men were shady learned first hand that this is true. They will act nice to your face, but they are not. The apartments look nice and it has nice features too bad the the people who live here are mostly ghetto. Worst apartments I ever lived in and they will not help you if you have horrible neighbors the office employees reveal personal information to others and are rude. Good luck if you get trapped here cause once you sign the lease even through no fault of your own they can evict you and you are responsible for the fees until your lease is up. Also one of my neighbors who just moved in got bed bugs not from her stuff, but from the apartment because the people who moved out had them. I had to spend a tun of money to protect myself from getting them. I did a lot of research about them when I found out that she got them and they actually have tests you can buy to see if the apartments have bed bugs. I'm not sure why Sycamore Springs can't do this on their own, but then again I don't expect them to care about anything but $$$$$$$.

Usually quiet, but there is the occasional noisy neighbor. Income based, very cheap, but pretty small. Though there is a beautiful pond and a swimming pool.
