Tantara has large apartments with awesome upgrades. The closets are big and I really like the crown molding and nickel lights/fixtures. I think the pricing is good and the location is excellent - you don't have to deal with highway traffic or construction. Also, the staff is really nice. You can tell that the new owner is making a lot of changes inside and outside!

Did not end up renting here. The office staff gave my MHMR parents the runaround for several days, in which time they hung up on us, lied to other tenants in front of us, snuck in the back entrance to avoid talking to us (after refusing to return our phone calls) and lying and saying we had cancelled their application to account for never calling us back. Any time they needed more information, we had to call and find out, they never called and updated us during the process with anything additional that they needed. Showed us an apartyment with juices leaking from the refrigerator and smelly, stained up carpet, generally just a filthy, unliveable unit that even the leasing agent said she was ashamed to have showed us but had because their staff perceived this unit to be "ready" to move in. Ended up getting snagged in the application process which is just as well, after seeing them mistreat their tenants and how shamefully they treated my parents, I will highly recommend anyone run as far as you can from TanTara.
